Grants, awards and calls, with a panel that scores
A grant, an award, a call for projects: submissions arrive with their documents, the panel scores them with the criteria in your rules and the ranking builds itself, with its range to show where there's no agreement. No spreadsheets, no crossed emails.
What it does
- Submissions, with their documents
- Each with its answers and files (the transcript, the report), and its receipt if it's signed.
- Weighted criteria
- Up to eight, each with its scale (0 to 5, 10, 20 or 100) and its weight: the ones in your rules.
- A panel with their own links
- Each member comes in with their own private link, without an account, and scores on their own: they don't see what the others score.
- Blind, if you like
- Hide the questions you want from the panel (the name, the email) and their files.
- The ranking builds itself
- A weighted score from 0 to 100, how many evaluations each submission has and its range: if the panel disagrees, you can see it.
- To take away
- The ranking as a CSV and, if submissions are signed, their PDF receipts.
How it works
- Pick a template — grant, award or project proposal — and adjust the criteria to your rules.
- Publish the form and add your panel: each person gets their own link.
- When the deadline passes, the panel scores and the ranking builds itself.

Frequently asked questions
Can people from outside score?
Yes: you add each panel member and they get their own private link; they come in without an account and only see the submissions and their own score.
How is the ranking calculated?
Each complete evaluation is weighted by each criterion's weight and scaled to 0–100; a submission's score is the average of its evaluations. You see how many it has and its range.
Can it be used for a public call?
It helps you collect submissions and organise the assessment, but the criteria and procedure are set by the call's rules: follow them.
Is it free?
Yes: the form, the panel, the ranking and its CSV. The only paid option will be removing the AIM FORM badge.
