AIM FORM

Online exams that mark themselves: score, answers and certificate

For a class quiz, a level test or checking a training session: you mark the correct answer to each question, its points and its explanation; on submitting, everyone sees their score and what they got wrong, and you get the average, how many pass and which questions are hardest, without marking by hand.

What it does

Marks itself
Options (one or several), a number with a margin and short answers accepted regardless of capitals or accents; each question with its points.
Score and answers on submitting
“4 of 5 points · 80% · Passed” and, if you want, each question with the correct answer and your explanation.
Nothing ahead of time
Correct answers and explanations don't leave the server until submission: they're not even in the page's code.
PDF certificate
Whoever passes downloads a certificate with their name, score, date and a QR code to check it's genuine.
The exam summary
The average, how many pass, how the scores are spread and the hardest questions, with the correct answer marked.
Your data, in a table
The CSV includes each person's points, score and whether they passed, ready for your spreadsheet.

How it works

  1. Pick a template or create your form and turn on “Exam” in the settings.
  2. Tick ✓ the correct answer to each question and, if you want, write why.
  3. Share the link or QR code: everyone sees their score on submitting.

Frequently asked questions

Can people see the answers before submitting?

No: the correct answers and explanations aren't in the page; they arrive with the marking, after submitting.

Is the certificate an official qualification?

No: it's issued by whoever runs the exam. AIM FORM checks that the score is the one on record, and the certificate says so.

Can I change the correct answer afterwards?

Yes: if you marked the wrong one, fix it and the scores are recalculated in the summary, the CSV and the certificates.

Is it free?

Yes, with no ads and no cap on responses. The only paid option will be removing the AIM FORM badge.
