Project proposal
Organisations submit their project with a summary, the budget they're asking for and a PDF report. The committee scores each proposal — technical quality, impact and feasibility — without seeing who submitted it, and the ranking, with its CSV, builds itself.
Who it's for: Funding calls, foundations, councils and networks of organisations.

When to use it
- You're opening a call for projects or funding.
- You want a committee that assesses with weighted criteria.
- You want each proposal's budget in a table.
What's inside and why
- Budget requested (€)
- A number: in the responses table and the CSV it adds up and compares.
- Project report (PDF)
- The full documentation arrives with the proposal and the committee opens it from their board.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Put the maximum amount per project and the decision date in the introduction.
- Adjust the criteria to your call's rules.
- Download the ranking as a CSV for the committee's minutes.
Frequently asked questions
Can it be used for a public call?
It helps you collect proposals and organise the assessment, but the criteria and procedure are set by the call's rules: follow them.
How many people can assess?
Up to twenty per call, each with their own link.
Can the criteria change once assessment has started?
They can, but the fair thing is to set them before opening: that way every proposal is measured the same way.
