Grant application
Applicants fill in their details, situation and motivation on their phone, attach their transcript and sign; they get a receipt. Your panel scores each application with the criteria in your rules (record, situation, plan), each with its weight, without seeing the name or email. The ranking builds itself.
Who it's for: Foundations, councils, associations, parents' associations and companies.

- You want the panel to score with the criteria in your rules.
- You want to evaluate without seeing the applicant's name.
What's inside and why
- Academic transcript (PDF)
- The document arrives with the application; the panel opens it from their board.
- Signature
- The applicant declares the details are true and gets a PDF receipt.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Copy your rules' criteria into the evaluation, with the same weights.
- Hide the name, email and signature from the panel: score the application, not the person.
- Set the form's closing date to the end of the application period.
Frequently asked questions
How does the panel score?
Each member comes in with their own private link, without an account, and scores each criterion; they don't see what the others score.
How is the ranking calculated?
Each evaluation is weighted by each criterion's weight and scaled to 0–100; an application's score is the average of its evaluations.
Can I ask for income details?
Only ask for what you'll assess and explain it in the form's privacy information; better still, a document the panel doesn't need to see, if it can be hidden.
