Online appointments and bookings: times by day, reminders and cancelling with a link
For the office, the club's court, interviews or an exam review: generate your times by day in the editor and everyone picks theirs. A taken time closes, the reminder arrives before the appointment and, if they can't come, they cancel with their link and the time is free again.

What it does
- Times by day, in a minute
- Day, from, to, length and places per time: the editor generates the times. Up to 200 per question.
- A taken time closes
- Each time with its places; when full, “Taken”. The server counts and saves in the same step: two people never get the same one.
- Email reminder
- 2, 24 or 48 hours before, with their time, the link to cancel and the calendar file. One per appointment, never two.
- Cancel with a link
- Whoever books gets their link; when they cancel, the time is free again for someone else.
- Into their calendar
- An .ics file with their appointment, which any calendar puts at the right time.
- The agenda, in the summary
- Booked times, in order; in the responses, who comes to each one.

Frequently asked questions
Does it sync with my calendar?
No: you set the times you offer in the editor. Whoever books can add their appointment to their calendar with an .ics file.
What if two people pick the same time at once?
Only one gets in: the server counts and saves in the same step. The other sees the time has been taken and picks another.
Which time zone are the times in?
Spanish peninsular time (Madrid), and the form says so. The calendar file is in UTC, so every calendar shows it in the local time of whoever opens it.
Is it free?
Yes, with no ads: appointments, reminders and the calendar file. The only paid option will be removing the AIM FORM badge.
