Free online surveys: NPS with its margin, satisfaction and what each group says

To find out what your customers, your team or your event's attendees think: the survey works out the NPS with its margin of error, splits what promoters, passives and detractors say in the open questions and, if you want, the AI groups them by theme with literal quotes.

What it does

NPS, worked out
Promoters minus detractors, from −100 to +100, with its 95% margin of error and a “rough guide” note under 20 answers.
What each group says
In each open question, what detractors, passives and promoters write, separately.
Satisfied
On a 1-to-5 scale or five stars, how many give 4 or 5.
The AI reads open answers
Themes with their count and checked literal quotes, marked as the AI's.
Live results or at the close
Visible while people answer, only for you or at the close; the NPS repaints itself.
Anonymous if you want
No time or order of arrival: people answer more honestly.

How it works

  1. Pick a template (NPS, satisfaction or workplace climate) or create your survey.
  2. Mark the recommendation question as an “NPS question” and add the open “why”.
  3. Share the link or QR code and see the NPS and each group's reasons in the summary.

Frequently asked questions

How is the NPS worked out?

The percentage of promoters (9–10) minus that of detractors (0–6); passives (7–8) don't count. It runs from −100 to +100.

Why does it say “rough guide”?

With fewer than 20 answers the margin of error is so wide that a few more answers move the number a lot.

Can I make it anonymous?

Yes: in the settings, “anonymous responses”. Neither the time nor the order of arrival is stored.

Is it free?

Yes, with no ads and no cap on responses. The only paid option will be removing the AIM FORM badge.
