Sign-up sheets: shifts, workshops and who brings what, with places that close by themselves
Volunteer shifts, workshops with limited capacity, meeting slots or who brings what to lunch: set the places for each option and the form does the rest. It shows how many are left, closes the ones that fill up and lets anyone who can't come free their place.
What it does
- Places per option
- Each shift, workshop or slot carries the places it needs; with no number, it has no limit.
- In plain sight
- Next to each option, “2 of 3 left”; when full, “Full”, and it can't be picked any more.
- The last place, for one person only
- The server counts and saves in the same step: if two people go for the last place at once, one gets in and the other picks another option.
- Free a place with a link
- Whoever signs up gets a link to free their place. Opening it deletes nothing: they have to press the button.
- No places left
- When nobody else fits, the form says so instead of letting people fill it in for nothing.
- No ads, no account to sign up
- People sign up from the link or the QR code; you see the names in the responses and can delete anyone who drops out.
How it works
- Pick a template or add a multiple-choice question.
- On each option, “+ Places per option” and the number of places.
- Share the link: the form closes whatever fills up.

Frequently asked questions
What if two people take the last place at the same time?
Only one gets in: the server counts and saves in the same step. The other sees that the option has filled up and picks another.
How does someone free their place?
With the link they get when signing up. Opening it deletes nothing; when they press the button, their response is deleted and the place is free again.
Can people see who has signed up?
No: the form only shows how many places are left. You see the names, in the responses.
Is it free?
Yes, with no ads and no limit on sheets or people. The only paid option will be removing the AIM FORM badge.
