AIM FORM

AI survey question generator, free and with no sign-up

Say in one sentence what you want to find out or decide and the AI suggests the questions, each with the way of answering that fits best: ranking options, picking one, rating… It's a draft: check it and, if it works for you, keep it to edit, share and collect the answers.

What you type is sent to an AI model through OpenRouter, only to providers that store nothing and don't train on it, to suggest the questions. Don't include personal data.

How it works

  1. Say in one sentence what you want to ask or decide, and who you're asking.
  2. The AI suggests three to eight questions, each with its way of answering. If it's a meeting, it prepares the agenda.
  3. Check the draft. If it works for you, create a free account: it becomes your form, ready to edit and share.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes. Without an account you can ask for 5 drafts a day. With a free account, 10 a month, and you can also edit them, share them and collect the answers.

Do you store what I type?

Not the sentence: it's sent to the AI to suggest the questions and discarded. We keep the draft it suggests for 48 hours, so you can keep it when you create your account, and then it's deleted.

Does the AI decide what gets asked?

No. The AI suggests a draft, marked as AI-generated, and you check it and decide. Every AI draft also carries a signed mark that anyone can check.

Which AI do you use?

A language model we reach through OpenRouter, only with providers that don't store what is sent to them or train on it. Each draft's model is shown in its signed mark.
