Suggestions for the next edition
When to use it
- Your event just ended and you want the impression captured hot, before it cools in 48 hours.
- You need arguments (and data) for next year's edition: what to repeat, what to cut, what NPS to show sponsors.
- The event had several parts (talks, networking, food) and you want to know which one carries it and which is dead weight.
What's inside and why
- How was the event? (stars)
- The one-second overall grade — the hook that gets people started.
- What did you like most? (multi)
- Multi-select over the event's parts: it tells you what carries the experience. The most-ticked part is untouchable next year.
- Would you come back next year? (0–10)
- The event's NPS: the metric that sums it all up — and the one a sponsor understands without explanation.
- Suggestions for the next edition
- Open-ended at the end: the first three questions take 20 seconds and leave people wanting to add their bit.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Put the QR on the closing slide, with the speaker asking for it: in-room response is 3–5× the next-day email.
- Customize the multi-select with YOUR event's real parts before sharing — it's the question that will teach you the most.
- Keep each edition's NPS: the series (year 1: 42, year 2: 51…) is your best sponsor slide.
Frequently asked questions
When should I send it for maximum responses?
At the closing itself (QR on screen) or within 2 hours. Every day of delay roughly halves the response rate and skews it to the extremes (the delighted and the furious).
How do I share results with the team or sponsors?
With the read-only results link: live charts without access to your dashboard. For sponsors, the star numbers are the NPS and the most-voted part of the event.
Does it work for online events?
Just as well: paste the link in the live chat at the close. Online the window is even shorter — the audience disconnects within a minute of the end.
