Who brings what

The team lunch, the end-of-year party or the club dinner: each item carries the places it needs (two omelettes, three for drinks, one for bread) and the form closes them as they're covered.

What's inside and why

What are you bringing?
Each item with its places: two omelettes, three for drinks, one for bread. When covered, it closes.
Does it contain any allergens?
So people with allergies know what they can eat.

Tips to get the most out of it

  1. Give places to what can't be missing or doubled (bread, plates) and leave unlimited what can repeat.
  2. If someone can't come after all, they free their place with their link: someone else covers it.
  3. The day before, check the summary: you'll see what's missing.

Frequently asked questions

What if two people take the last place at the same time?

Only one gets in: the server counts and saves in the same step. The other sees that the option has filled up and can pick another.

What if someone signs up and then can't make it?

When signing up they get a link to free their place. Opening it deletes nothing: they have to press the button, and then the place is free again.

Can people see who has signed up?

No: the form only shows how many places are left. You see the names, in the responses.
