Tips to get the most out of it
- List the slots in order and with the exact time.
- When all are taken, the form says “No places left” instead of letting people fill it in.
- Ask only what you need: the pupil's name is usually enough.
Frequently asked questions
What if two people take the last place at the same time?
Only one gets in: the server counts and saves in the same step. The other sees that the option has filled up and can pick another.
What if someone signs up and then can't make it?
When signing up they get a link to free their place. Opening it deletes nothing: they have to press the button, and then the place is free again.
Can people see who has signed up?
No: the form only shows how many places are left. You see the names, in the responses.
