Order with an automatic total
Club T-shirts, school books or the co-op basket: everyone picks how many, their extras and how they get it, and the total is worked out in front of them as they answer. The server works the total out again when it arrives, so the one you get is the right one.
Who it's for: Clubs, parents' associations, co-operatives and small shops taking orders.

Total to pay
When to use it
- You take orders with a price: club T-shirts, raffle tickets, books, the co-op basket.
- Everyone should know what they pay before sending, without waiting for you to tell them.
- Some people pick up and others ask for delivery, and you only need the address of the latter.
What's inside and why
- How many T-shirts would you like?
- A number with its minimum and maximum, which goes into the sum.
- Personalisation and delivery
- Each option carries its euros as points: the calculation adds them up.
- Delivery address
- It only appears, and is only required, if the person picks home delivery.
- Total to pay
- Quantity × (€15 + personalisation) + delivery, shown while answering and again on sending.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Put the price in each option's text (“+€3”) and the same number in its points: what people read and what is added match.
- Change the base price in the calculation's formula (the 15). In the editor you'll see it as P2 * (15 + P4) + P5.
- The total you receive is worked out by the server; what the respondent sees on screen is just a preview.
Frequently asked questions
Can people pay from the form?
Not yet: the form collects the order and the total, and payment happens the way you do it today (bank transfer, cash…).
What if someone changes the total in their browser?
It doesn't help: the server works it out again from the answers, and that's the one saved.
Can I add more products?
Yes: add a number question per product and add it to the formula, for example P2 * 15 + P3 * 8.
