Suggestion box
Truly anonymous: nobody signs, which is why you get the proposals nobody says in the meeting. The AI groups them by theme and hands you the top list.
Who it's for: Companies, schools, communities and associations that want unfiltered listening.

When to use it
- You want a permanent channel for team proposals, not a one-off survey that expires.
- You suspect ideas and complaints never reach you: hierarchy or embarrassment filters them out first.
- You run a community, school or association and nobody checks the physical suggestion box anymore.
What's inside and why
- What area is your suggestion about?
- Classifying at the source turns the box into data: you'll know whether the noise is in tools, spaces or culture — without reading one by one.
- Your suggestion
- Free, anonymous paragraph: the heart of the box. The AI groups proposals by theme and hands you the top list with its weight.
- How important does it feel? (1–5)
- Self-rating separates “would be nice” from “this is burning”: you prioritize without guessing urgency.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Publish the link somewhere permanent (email signature, intranet, QR poster): a box people must hunt for is an empty box.
- Answer the top suggestions publicly every month (“you asked for X: done / not now, because…”): the box lives on visible consequences.
- Resist asking for names. The day the box stops being anonymous, it stops telling you the truth.
Frequently asked questions
Is it completely anonymous?
The form asks for no name, email or identifier, and responses are shown aggregated. Nobody — including you — can tell who wrote what.
How do I prevent spam or abuse?
Enable the common-profanity filter and add blocked words in settings; there's also a per-IP submission limit. Residual noise is better ignored than chased.
How do I manage what comes in?
Let it accumulate and run the AI analysis monthly: it groups by theme with frequency and average importance. That's what you prioritize and communicate with — half the box's value.
