Satisfaction survey that asks by score

A short survey that adapts to each person: the open question changes with the score, and whoever hasn't talked to support skips those questions. If you send the link through several channels, ?canal=email in the link tells you where each answer came from.

Who it's for: Shops, services, academies, clinics and customer support teams.

When to use it

  • You want to know why people give you the score they do, without a long survey.
  • Not everyone has used every service, and there's no point asking them about what they don't know.
  • You send the survey through several channels and want to know which one works.

What's inside and why

From 0 to 10, what score would you give us?
The question that decides the rest.
What to improve or what they value
With 6 or less it asks what to improve; with 9 or more, what they value; in between, neither.
Have you talked to support?
If the answer is “No”, it jumps straight to the final comment.
Channel
Data that comes in the link (?canal=email): it isn't asked, and the form says it is saved.

Tips to get the most out of it

  1. For each send-out, add ?canal=… to the link: ?canal=email, ?canal=receipt, ?canal=shop-qr.
  2. The 6 and 9 cut-offs are the usual ones in recommendation surveys; change them in “Show only if…”.
  3. Read the “what to improve” answers first: they teach the most.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to what someone types in a question that is later hidden?

It isn't saved: the server applies the same logic when the answers arrive.

Does the respondent know the channel is saved?

Yes: the form says so next to the send button.

Does it work without JavaScript?

Yes: all questions show and the server only keeps the ones that apply.
