Satisfaction survey
Stars, recommendation and an open field. The difference comes after: the AI groups all the text by theme and shows how often each one comes up, with verbatim quotes.
Who it's for: Cafés, shops, classes, small SaaS: anyone who wants to know what people really think.

When to use it
- You just delivered a project or closed a sale and want the satisfaction snapshot while it's fresh.
- You need an NPS with context: the number and, above all, the why behind it.
- You collect ongoing feedback (store, service, support) and want the AI to summarize patterns weekly.
What's inside and why
- How would you rate the experience? (stars)
- The entry thermometer: universal, answered in a second, anchors the rest of the form.
- Would you recommend us? (0–10)
- The standard NPS scale: comparable across waves and against your industry. Separates promoters (9–10) from detractors (0–6).
- What did you like most?
- The positive question BEFORE asking for improvements: it reveals what to protect and lifts the response rate of the next field.
- What would you improve?
- Open-ended — this is where the value lives. The AI clusters answers by theme and shows how much weight each one carries.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Send it within 24 hours of the experience: every day that passes, response rate drops and memories get idealized.
- Don't add more questions: two quantitative + two open is the balance people actually finish. Every extra question costs responses.
- Read the AI analysis once you have 20+ responses: below that, percentages jump around and two angry customers look like a trend.
Frequently asked questions
What's a good NPS?
NPS runs from −100 to +100: % promoters (9–10) minus % detractors (0–6). Above 0 is already positive; +30 is good in most industries and +50 excellent. The trend across waves matters more than the absolute number.
Are responses anonymous?
This template asks for no name or email, so responses arrive unidentified. If you want to reply to individual feedback, add an optional email field in the editor.
How do I analyze the text answers?
AIM FORM's AI reads the open answers and returns the recurring themes, their weight and representative quotes — instead of reading 200 paragraphs, you read 6 lines.
