The club's padel court, the association's meeting room or the rehearsal space: each hour takes one booking and closes as soon as someone takes it, even if two people try at once. Two hours before, a reminder arrives and, if it won't be used, it's cancelled with a link.

- With two identical courts, set 2 places per time; if they differ, one appointment question each.
Frequently asked questions
How is an appointment cancelled?
With the link they get when booking (it's also in the reminder). Opening it deletes nothing; pressing the button cancels the appointment and the time is free again.
Are reminders sent?
Yes, if you choose so in the settings: 2, 24 or 48 hours before, to whoever left their email and booked before that moment. With their time, the link to cancel and the calendar file.
Does it connect to my calendar?
Everyone can add their appointment to their calendar with an .ics file. AIM FORM doesn't read your calendar: you set the times you offer in the editor.
