Workshop sign-up with places

Open days, cultural weeks or a centre's workshops: each workshop with its capacity, and whoever signs up sees how many places are left. Two people never get the same last place: the server checks it when saving.

Who it's for: Cultural centres, libraries, associations, academies and event organisers.

Tips to get the most out of it

  1. Put the day and time in each workshop's name: “Ceramics · Saturday 10:00”.
  2. If a workshop fills up fast, open another session by adding an option with its places.
  3. If you need the data protection kit, it's in the editor: “Data protection (GDPR kit)”.

Frequently asked questions

What if two people take the last place at the same time?

Only one gets in: the server counts and saves in the same step. The other sees that the option has filled up and can pick another.

What if someone signs up and then can't make it?

When signing up they get a link to free their place. Opening it deletes nothing: they have to press the button, and then the place is free again.

Can people see who has signed up?

No: the form only shows how many places are left. You see the names, in the responses.
