Tips to get the most out of it

1. Set the closing date to match your real booking deadline and say it in the title (“confirm by the 12th”): a visible deadline multiplies responses.
2. Share where people already are (the WhatsApp group, email) — save the QR for the printed invitation.
3. Run the allergies through the AI before calling the caterer: it groups and summarizes them in one line per type.
