RSVP with logic
Ask if they're coming and — only for those who confirm — what you need to know next (menu, plus-one, allergies). Nobody fills in more than they should.
Who it's for: Weddings, company dinners and any event with a guest list.

Allergies or intolerances
-
We'll miss you! Any reason?
When to use it
- You're organizing a dinner, wedding or company event and need the real headcount to book and pay.
- There's a menu to choose and allergies to record — and you don't want to chase that info through DMs.
- You want the “no”s with their reasons too, to fix the date or format next time.
What's inside and why
- Are you coming?
- The mother question. Everything else depends on it: it's what triggers the conditional logic.
- Which menu do you prefer?
- Only appears if you're coming (conditional logic): non-attendees don't waste time and you don't collect ghost menus.
- Allergies or intolerances
- Free text on purpose: real allergies never fit in four checkboxes, and this answer prevents a serious problem on the day.
- We'll miss you! Any reason?
- Only appears if you're not coming. Aggregated reasons tell you whether the date, venue or format failed — gold for the next invite.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Set the closing date to match your real booking deadline and say it in the title (“confirm by the 12th”): a visible deadline multiplies responses.
- Share where people already are (the WhatsApp group, email) — save the QR for the printed invitation.
- Run the allergies through the AI before calling the caterer: it groups and summarizes them in one line per type.
Frequently asked questions
Do guests need an account or an app?
No. They open the link (or scan the QR) and answer from their phone's browser in under a minute. Only the organizer has an account.
Can I change my answer if plans change?
Yes: as long as the organizer keeps the form open, just revisit the link from the same device and submit again.
How do I see the total headcount?
The dashboard shows a live tally: how many yes, how many no, menus chosen, with allergies listed separately. You can share a read-only results link with co-organizers.
