Anything we should know?
When to use it
- You're opening registration for a workshop, conference or tournament and need clean contact data in one place.
- Entry requires a document or credential (ID, license, proof) and you want to collect it in the same step.
- You'll need to announce changes: the email and phone collected here are your channel.
What's inside and why
- Full name
- As it will appear on the badge or access list — asking for it in full avoids the “is this Alex, Alexander or Alexandra?” moment at the door.
- The confirmation and updates channel, with format validation: a mistyped email is a registrant you can't reach.
- Phone (optional)
- For event day only (delays, room changes). Optional on purpose: making it required costs registrations.
- Credential or document (optional)
- The attachment kills the follow-up email chain: whoever has it uploads it now, and you get it filed per registrant.
Tips to get the most out of it
- State capacity in the description (“40 seats, first come first served”): visible scarcity accelerates decisions.
- Export the CSV the day before and carry it printed or on your phone: venue wifi is never reliable.
- If you ask for a document, say which formats you accept inside the question itself — it halves the support requests.
Frequently asked questions
Can I cap the number of seats?
You can close the form anytime from your dashboard, or schedule a closing date. The live response counter tells you when you hit capacity.
What files can registrants upload?
Images and PDFs, with a per-file size limit. Each document stays attached to its registration, under the registrant's name.
How do I export the attendee list?
From the dashboard, one-click CSV: one row per registrant with every field, ready for Excel, Sheets or the door list.
