Parent survey
Once a term or at the end of the year, families rate communication with the school, tutor support, school meals and clubs, and say what they value and what they'd improve. It's anonymous, so they answer honestly; the summary works out the averages and the AI groups the comments by theme, with verbatim quotes.
Who it's for: School leadership teams, parents' associations and school councils.

When to use it
- You want to know how families see the school year.
- You'd like to compare communication, school meals and clubs.
- You want honest answers: it's anonymous.
What's inside and why
- Your child's stage
- To compare stages without knowing who responds.
- Would you recommend the school to another family?
- The 0-to-10 recommendation question: the summary works out the NPS with its margin of error.
Tips to get the most out of it
- Keep responses anonymous: people answer more honestly.
- Run it at the end of each term to see the trend.
- Share the summary with staff and the parents' association: what comes up most in the comments is the to-do list.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really anonymous?
Yes: neither the time, nor the order of arrival, nor the IP is stored. If the stage makes someone easy to identify, remove that question.
What does the AI do with the comments?
It groups them by theme with counts and checked verbatim quotes; it's marked as the AI's reading.
Can I show the results to families?
Yes: turn on public results and they'll see the counts and averages, never individual comments.
