Tips to get the most out of it

  1. Put the full letter in the description or link to it.
  2. Publish only the names of those who said yes: the CSV has them in a column.
  3. Set the closing date in the settings if the letter is delivered on a given day.

Frequently asked questions

Can it be used for an official citizens' initiative?

No: an official citizens' initiative or procedure requires certified signatures (with an electronic certificate or before a notary). This collects support to show backing.

Can someone sign twice?

Not with the same email: each email signs once, even with different capitals. For more control, the settings let you limit it to one response per device.

Can people see who has signed?

No: the form only shows how many supporters there are. You see the names, in the responses, and can download them as CSV.
