COMPARISONS
AIM FORM vs Calendly
Calendly is the standard for letting people book meetings: it reads your calendar, offers only the free slots and spreads a team's meetings. If your schedule lives in Google or Outlook, that's worth a lot, and AIM FORM doesn't do it: you set the times. But its free plan is one event type, with no automated reminders or group events; to get them you move to Standard, $10 per seat a month. In AIM FORM, appointments with places, reminders and everyone's calendar file are free, inside a form with the questions you need.
The differences that matter
Reminders and group appointments, free
According to its pricing page, Calendly's free plan has no automated reminders or multi-person meetings: both come with Standard. In AIM FORM, each time carries the places you want and the reminder goes out 2, 24 or 48 hours before.
As many appointment forms as you need
Calendly's free plan is one event type. In AIM FORM, each form carries its appointments and the questions you need first: reason, documents, contact details.
Where Calendly wins: your calendar
Calendly connects your calendar and only offers free slots. AIM FORM doesn't read your calendar: you generate the times in the editor and whoever books gets their appointment as an .ics file.
