COMPARISONS
AIM FORM vs POLYAS
POLYAS is a European reference in online voting: its CORE 2.5 system is certified under BSI-DSZ-CC-0862-2016 and CORE 3 lets each vote be verified. If your elections require a certified system, POLYAS is a step above. For most associations, clubs and co-ops, AIM FORM covers what's needed —single-use ballots, a secret ballot, a receipt and minutes with a fingerprint— free and with no voter cap.
The differences that matter
Free with no voter cap
According to its pricing page, POLYAS's standard package is free up to 50 voters, and the verifiable and certified packages start at a €50 base price. AIM FORM has no voter cap.
Certification: where POLYAS wins
AIM FORM has no BSI certification and no end-to-end verification. Its receipt proves your vote is in the count and its minutes carry a fingerprint anyone can check, without calling it a qualified seal.
Beyond the election
The same tool sends the notice by email, runs preference votes with a double count, projects the results in the room and handles surveys and forms.

When POLYAS is the better choice
- If your statutes or a rule require a certified voting system.
- If each voter must be able to verify their vote end to end.
- If you run large elections and want a provider that does only that.
