COMPARISONS
AIM FORM vs Jotform
Jotform is the Swiss army knife of forms: thousands of templates and widgets, built-in payments, PDFs and approval flows. If you need to take payments or chain processes, it's very complete. Its free plan, though, has caps: 5 forms and 100 submissions a month, with Jotform branding, and if the submission storage fills up it deletes the oldest one to make room. AIM FORM puts no caps on forms or responses and also knows how to decide: ballots, counts and minutes.
The differences that matter
No caps on the free plan
According to its pricing page, Jotform's Starter plan includes 5 forms and 100 submissions a month; the next one, Bronze, costs $39 a month. In AIM FORM, forms and responses have no cap.
Your responses don't delete themselves
Jotform explains in its FAQ that if you exceed your submission storage, the system deletes the oldest response to make room for new ones. In AIM FORM responses stay until you decide to delete them.
Plus, group decisions
Single-use ballots and a secret ballot, preference voting with a double count, projector mode and minutes with a fingerprint. Jotform collects answers; AIM FORM also closes decisions.

When Jotform is the better choice
- If you need to take payments in the form itself or generate PDF documents.
- If you want its huge catalogue of widgets, integrations and approval flows.
- If you handle health data and need its HIPAA features (not on the free plan).
