Forms for schools and parents' associations
What a school and its parents' association need every year, without paper or spreadsheets: families give consent for trips and sign on their phone, sign their children up for clubs with places, the school council or parents' association votes, and families answer surveys. Free, with no ads, with the data in the EU and with what you need to know about children's data.

What it does
- Signed consent
- Trips, photo consent and rules: families sign on their phone and get a PDF receipt; you see who's missing.
- After-school clubs with places
- Each club with its places, which close by themselves, and a waiting list; families can free up their place with a link and the next one gets an email.
- School council and parents' association votes
- Secret voting with one ballot per member and minutes with the count, or a show of hands live during the meeting.
- Parent meetings without clashes
- Each family picks a slot and nobody overlaps: one place per slot.
- Parent surveys
- Anonymous, with instant averages and the AI grouping the comments by theme.
- Children's data, handled with care
- The form detects when children are involved: the data protection kit takes it into account and the information for families explains who gives consent.

Frequently asked questions
Is it free for a school or parents' association?
Yes, with no ads and no cap on responses. The only paid extra will be removing the AIM FORM badge.
Can a child respond?
The age at which a child can consent to the processing of their data depends on the country (14 in Spain; between 13 and 16 across the EU). Below it, a parent or legal guardian responds or gives consent; for trips and clubs, the family usually responds.
Can it be used for official school council elections?
Official elections follow your education authority's rules (register, deadlines, voting method): follow those. AIM FORM is for votes within the school council or parents' association and for surveying families.
Where is the data?
On servers in the European Union. The school or parents' association is the data controller and AIM FORM stores the data on its behalf; each form has its own data protection kit.
