The service
AIM FORM lets you create forms and polls and collect their answers. It is in beta: it may change, fail or be interrupted without notice, and it is provided without warranties during this phase.
Your content
The forms you create and the answers you collect are yours. You grant us only the technical permission strictly needed to store and display them.
Prohibited uses
No spam, phishing, impersonation, or collection of sensitive data without a legal basis. Accounts that do so are closed and their forms are taken down.
Free plan
Unlimited forms and answers. AI features have a monthly quota (10 generations and 100 analysed answers). Quotas may be adjusted during the beta.
